REFUND POLICY
At Haya Food Products, customer satisfaction is our priority. We’re committed to addressing any order issues and ensuring you understand our refund policy.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is valid only for a period of 5 days from the date of delivery. If 5 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges for your order.
Due to the nature of our products being food items, we cannot offer a return option. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team at care@hayafoods.in or Chat with us on Whatsapp. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by issuing a refund or sending a replacement product.
To proceed with a claim, you will need to provide clear evidence of the damage or defect to help our team evaluate the situation. Our support team has the final authority to approve or deny the claim based on the evidence provided.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once our support team has reviewed and inspected your case, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp message to inform you whether your claim has been approved or rejected.
If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed. The credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that it may take 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
No Cancellations Available for Orders During Transit
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and no refund will be initiated at that stage. However, if the delivery is delayed for more than 10 days due to issues with the courier service, please contact us via WhatsApp or email. We will escalate the issue with the courier and arrange for delivery.
In the event that delivery does not occur within 20 days, we will initiate a refund for the order as per our policy.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and take corrective action to resolve it as soon as possible.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Advance
Please note that if you choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method, the COD advance will not be refunded if you cancel your order at the time of delivery. However, if the shipment is returned to us without being delivered to you, we will refund the COD advance to the original payment method within a certain number of days.
Sale Items (If Applicable)
Please be aware that only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items or items purchased during promotional periods cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only offer exchanges for products that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please email us at care@hayafoods.in with your request, and we will assist you in processing the exchange.
