You can view your sales receipt in your account dashboard after logging in. If you do not have an account, you will receive the sales receipt via email once your order is processed. If you have any difficulty accessing it, feel free to contact our support team, and we will assist you in retrieving your receipt.
To return an item, please contact our customer support team at contactus@hayafoods.in or reach us by phone. Our return policy is valid for 5 days from the date of delivery. If the product is defective or damaged, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement product. You will need to provide evidence of the damage or defect to proceed with the claim. Please note that due to the nature of our products, returns are not possible unless the item is damaged or defective.
